Really wanted to love this place but waiting 45 minutes in a car line for melted cold foam on top of our coffees (that tastes like they forgot to add the coffee) handed to us by employees touching their faces & unsanitary long fake nails…so disappointing.

Just drove an hour here just for them to be inside but yet be closed. The website says there open and no signs are put up. And the people inside are looking at as while we’re looking around to see if there open. I would call and double check before driving here bc apparently they make their own hours up.

I usually don’t share my experiences at food places considering I have grown up working at one but I felt this was necessary for the better of the business. As a rainy Sunday, my husband loaded me and our two kids into the car to drive to 7-brew because I have heard nonstop great things about their coffee..we live 58 mins away-so for a coffee it better be great. When we arrived it was extremely busy-loved this as it shows how amazing they are. When we got to the line to get our coffee we noticed how chaotic the employee were, some looking like deer in headlights. Two cars ahead of us got the wrong coffees-giving new coffees almost immediately. I looked at saw close to 60 different choices (way too much for such a small place) no wonder the line was crazy. The girl that gave us my coffee at first didn’t greet or read the order back to us to make sure. This is right in front of the doors-all the employees questioning which order is which, saying you did this wrong, or we are making new ones. I feel it’s just important to read an order before giving a drink..I took a sip in hopes it was my banana bread iced latte, which maybe it was? I don’t know because they all then said it didn’t look like it was and gave me another one-different lid, etc. my husband had to repeat his a couple of times so they handed him a iced drink when he got a frozen heat wave, the lady saying that’s not here! Just very unprofessional. We have many kids with allergies and if they got something, what if it was wrong? Please read back what you are giving. Label and ask for names not just a description of the car. The coffee is great but not worth the drive after the experience. Kindness, hello and reading back will save your business.

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was pretty bad. Long, slow moving line, but I didn’t hold that against them since it was a Saturday morning. There’s no menu board or prices listed, so good luck deciding what you want. Even the online menu doesn’t list all flavors. The service was terrible. Not friendly, no attempt to help guide a first timer through their options. We picked drinks we found on the limited online menu. They were out of larges, so medium it was. They were incredibly disorganized at the window. Seemed to have no clue which cars had ordered which drinks, and we watched an employee wander aimlessly for 5 minutes holding the same drink. Finally got our order and the coffee was subpar. It tastes like coffee for people who hate the flavor of coffee. Super milky and sweet, barely a coffee flavor. My husband had a similar reaction to his coffee as well. Overall unimpressed. Doubt I’ll return

Drinks are delicious! So far everything has been good. When I came for the friendship bracelet day, I asked if it was only 2 mediums for the bracelet, the lady said yes,(we did want large) so we got 2 mediums for the bracelet, got up to pick up the drinks and the sign said mediums OR large drinks were possible. And then the other person said they were out of bracelets. A little communication among the staff would go a long way.
A few days later I stopped on my way to work and got a hot banana bread latte, and after I drove away, I realized they gave me the wrong drink. Still good, but not what I ordered.
