- JSJacob SandlinFeb 5, 20262.0I placed an order online and and I got home, I discovered one of the subs I ordered didn't have the meat it was supposed to have on it. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went back and gave the person the sub to show them. Instead of remaking the sub correctly, they just put the missing ingredient on and handed it back. Can't believe anybody would think this is the appropriate way to handle this situation.

Called to complain and Zach simply told he likes salt so he didn't think it was a problem. Ask to speak to the manager and he said he wasn't available. So disrespectful no one cared that I paid for a sandwich I couldn't eat! I won't be going back!
