- CHcheryl hillerApr 2, 20262.0Place is filthy…went downhill. Bathrooms Have poop on seats, no toilet paper. The floors need vacuuming in dining area. Dishes piled way high at drop off station. NOT an overly busy day.
- AMAmanda MMar 31, 20262.0Visited to use my Panera Sip club. When I stepped up to the counter I was passed by several employees, but not greeted or acknowledged. When I was given the chance to order, I ordered the pomegranate hibiscus, and was handed a cup. The employee wasn't any friendlier then she had to be. When I went back to fill my drink the machine was dry, and empty. I had to interrupt the (not work related) conversation of 2 employees talking in the food prep area to tell them that it was empty. They informed me that they are out. Its 9am, and you're out of a drink? You're not making any? I just filled my cup with the warm unsweetened tea. Upon trying the tea, it was bitter, and did not taste good. Sip club is becoming less and less convenient to have.

Four varieties of coffee all the time. That's all I needed to hear to love it. Chicken focaccia, fokachia, fuggedaboutit, chicken sandwich with great veggies was a wonderful lunch. I didn't give a raring for service as they don't wait on tables; place your order, pick it up at the counter and find a table. Always plenty of seating available. Always plenty of parking available as they are in a shopping plaza.
