  I tried to pay at the checkout, but I had a lot of trouble doing so. I asked the person in charge of that area—a woman with many earrings and heavy makeup—for help; however, she didn't assist me and actually got annoyed whenever I asked for her assistance. Consequently, I ended up leaving behind all the items I needed to buy—all because of this unpleasant person. I don't know if it was because she was racist, or if she is simply a mean person. Okay, thank you for responding; I don't want this person to do this to another customer. I visited on Monday the 16th, sometime between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM. You can check the security footage to see how many times I asked her for help; she would just approach me looking very annoyed and speaking in a very harsh tone. I asked her to assist me with the payment because the register wasn't working properly, which only seemed to annoy her even more—until she finally took me over to pay at a different register. By that point, I was already very shaken up and upset by the way I was being treated; consequently, I made a mistake and pressed the wrong number on the keypad because my nerves were completely frayed. She became even more irate. What I did next was go to Customer Service to file a formal complaint. I then went out to my car and just broke down crying after having to deal with that dreadful woman. I really don't want to believe that she acted this way simply because she is racist.

  Came in there at 830 January 15th and went to customer service for help lady came off very hostile proceeded to tell me registers at customer service were closed why be standing at the registers if there closed

  I stopped at the Giant in the evening after a long day of Ravelco Anti-Theft Device installations in some Mopar applications in California, Maryland. I processed to the Cooking Items aisle to purchase a Meat Baster so that I could fabricate a Manual Fluid Extractor for when I need to drain Automotive Engine Coolant from a Coolant Reservoir when performing various scopes of work. The store had covered the manufacturer Item Number with a different number. Unfortunately, the Self-Serve Kiosk did not recognize neither the newly labeled Item Number on the sticker or the original Item Number under the sticker. The Self-Serve Kiosk Attendant tried several times with no success. I retrieved the same Meat Baster from a different manufacturer on the same display behind the others to try and we had success with this item being recognized. Kudos to the Self-Serve Kiosk Attendant who took the time to quickly assist me after a long day in the field. I then went to the Lowe's Home Improvement Center to pickup 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD x 20' Clear Vinyl Tubing but they close at 09:00 PM. Thus, I made l plans to go to the Home Depot in Lanham, Maryland when I finished my two Ravelco installations in 2024 RAM 1500 TRX and 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Jailbreak Red-eye in nearby Glenn Dale, Maryland.
