- JJJessicaFeb 14, 20261.0I called the store directly on 2-12-26 around 9:55pm to inform them that my young son found a black hard piece of plastic baked under the cheese in his pizza. The employee that I spoke with first said her name was Shira then when I stated I was calling corporate after her disgusting attitude about the situation she stated her name was Samantha. The employee argued me down that there could not have been any black hard plastic in the pizza because they do not have any black hard plastic in their store. She was very uninterested, insensitive, and disgustingly rude! She put me on hold for a minute, when she returned to the phone I asked for a manager and she stated that she had just told him what happened and he could not come to the phone because he was too “busy” making 5 orders. Are you kidding me?! I asked for the managers name and she said John. Again, I’m disgusted with the poor customer service; unprofessional and inappropriate behavior! There needs to be some remedial training PRONTO! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!
