Not only did the sandwich appear visibly burnt and low quality, but the cold brew had a strange aftertaste — almost like oil or chemical residue. Within 30 minutes of consumption, I began experiencing symptoms including nausea and stomach issues. I now suspect either improper food handling or contamination. What added to my concern was the behavior of the staff. Multiple workers were standing behind the counter smirking as I placed my order. The energy was uncomfortable and dismissive. I have a bank statement confirming the purchase and will be filing a report with the local health department if this isn’t properly addressed. I expected better from a national chain. Please advise on next steps for investigation and accountability.
