- RLRebecca LarsonNov 11, 20254.0As with every Chipotle I visit, the tables were all dirty. I have never seen another food service chain with such consistently dirty tables. Surely corporate trains the managers on how to manage their employees' time. There never seems to be a shortage of employees at any Chipotle I have visited. Other fast food businesses work with fewer people and rarely have dirty dining rooms and overflowing trash cans (also a common theme at Chipotle restaurants). An easy solution would be to require each employee to wow tables, empty trash and check the floors and THEN go on break. It is also not unusual to see an employee eating in the dining room with this madness around them. I have worked in fast food at several locations and know this company can do better.
