  I don’t know why this location has bad reviews, but I think the managers have been listening—at least my experience was very good. One of the things that bothers me about other Chipotle locations is when they grab the spoon and serve you less. Here, the girl gave me a scoop of meat and then went back to get a little more to make sure I had the right amount. She also gave me enough rice, and even though the people serving weren’t in the best mood, they didn’t have a bad attitude either. The place was clean and everything looks new. To eat, I actually had to move some of the food to the side, and I couldn’t even finish my bowl—and all I ordered was veggies, salsa, corn, lettuce, and a little bit of cheese. No sé porque este Location tiene malos Reviews, pero creo que los managers ya han escuchado por lo menos mi experiencia fue muy buena Una de las cosas que me molestan de los otros chipotle es cuando agarran la cuchara y te sirven menos. Aquí. La muchacha me dio una cucharada de carne y regresó a tomar un poco más para asegurarse que tengo la cantidad correcta También me puso suficiente arroz, y por lo menos l los que estaban sirviendo, no estaban con la mejor actitud, pero tampoco una mala actitud El lugar estaba limpio y todo se ve nuevo Para poder comer, tuve que sacarle un poco a un lado y no me pude acabar el bowl y eso que lo único que pedí fue vegetales de salsa, maíz, lechuga y un poco de queso

  Estás personas se miranban tan desperadas atentiendo que rapido exigian que orderamos que no te dan tiempo de pedir los zise. haci que asta se les olvido ponerme la tortilla que les quedo afuera es mejor tomarte tu tiempo y atender. Bien que estar con tanto afan por querer sacar à la gente de la linia rapido que asta olvidan poner la comida en las bolsas que coraje llegar a casa y que tu comida no benga completa

  I’m writing this review truly in hopes that they’ll take it into consideration and possibly change something. I love the location, I love the drive through pick up, but consistently serving the same low level quality food is really impressive. The first few times I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt because they were a new building but it’s been months and several purchases later and they’re still giving this weirdly consistently dry and hard steak. The rice is also somewhat consistently undercooked and al dente at best. It tastes a hard and powdery every now and then which makes for an awful experience after a long day. No big complaints from other elements like design and customer service (one time a guy was talking to his coworker for a bit before serving me) but at the end of the day, it’s a place people go to for food and when the foods not good 😕 1/10 wouldn’t recommend
