When I then asked how much the lava cakes cost, the call was disconnected. I understand being busy, but hanging up on a customer instead of explaining limitations or offering help was unprofessional. I had to call back and speak with the manager/supervisor because I wasn’t even comfortable placing an order or speaking to the cashier.

This place seriously needs to start hiring employees with Chick-fil-A–level customer service energy.
