  Started an order on Uber eats with the correct address when it came time for delivery to delivery driver dropped at a different address. I called the store manager Tyrone and he said they are making a new one after I was left on the phone for 20 minutes and called back. I asked him how long it would be until the driver gets to me he said another 40 minutes as the driver has not come back yet. At this point I'm pretty disappointed so I offer to pick up the pizza myself even after tipping on Uber eats app. By the way the app had defaulted to using the store employees to deliver instead of Uber eats drivers. I get to the store after attempting to call the store again while I drive to the store. I arrive and there's no one there in line or in the parking lot and try to figure out why the long waits on the phone if there's nobody here. I talked to Tyrone inside asked him what could he do for me for the inconvenience of me using my gas to come up here even though after I paid online and tipped for the driver to come and deliver he said the only thing he can do is cancel the order and re-ring it back up without the tip. That wasn't worth my time though. I'm very disappointed in this location.

  I witness employee taking money then going over to the pizza station making pizza without washing his hands! I will not be back to this Dominos! Hand hygiene is important especially if you aren’t wearing gloves!

  I went to go pick up my order from this location. I went to go check my food. One of my pizzas had both tops only on one side and when I went back in there to ask, could they fix it? All they did was smile and laugh little saying they couldn’t.

  I ordered three sandwiches to go. Pickup at the store was 15 minutes late, Chicken Ranch was heavily burnt inside bun and Philadelphia Cheese had no cheese, dry meat, with mold.

  I ordered two pizzas, a pasta bowl, and a brownie online. When ordering my thin crust pizza I used the special instructions drop box to ask that my pizza is cut in triangle pizza slices instead of the usual squares and that they do not add oregano. I verified my order prior to paying. When I went to pick up my pizza, the first thing that I did was check my thin crust pizza because this domino's has messed up my order previously and had me wait an extra 15 minutes because they messed up my order and remade it once I hot there without informing me. I opened the box and it is square cut. The guy at the counter asked the manager if he could remake it and the manager said no because the receipt doesn't show it. I still had the website up where it showed the special instructions, but the order disappears when the tracker says that your pizza is ready. I would've left the incorrectly cut pizza there in exchange for the correctly cut pizza without oregano. Because there was no attempt to rectify my situation and this is not the first mistake at this location, I decided to write a review.
