  I'm a daily coffee grabber there. It's at the point of, this morning I had a brain fart and forgot what I was saying, but the amazing folks there, Sandra as one of them, said my order back to me before I could get out my words. Beautiful. Always friendly and also make the coffee the way I ask. Go Team.

  I stop at the Brunswick Dunkin most every morning and look forward to seeing Jessica. It can't be easy for a young woman to have a public facing job that early in the morning, but she's sweet and kind and knows my voice and what I want as soon as I say good morning! I always look forward to seeing her!

  I go to dunkin multiple times a week, and honestly the only time I get my correct order is with the young blonde girl that works there. She made an effort to learn my order, and knows my 3yo son’s favorite donut. Sometimes I change it up and throw her a curve ball but she ALWAYS double checks my cup to make sure I have the correct one. If she isn’t working the window, I am given wrong coffees more often than not.

  I’ve asked for no cheese on my sandwiches multiple times at Dunkin’, and somehow I still keep getting cheese on them. I’m not just being picky—I can’t eat dairy, so this actually matters. It’s frustrating to keep having orders messed up over something that should be simple. At this point, I’ve deleted my Dunkin account and I’m done. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you have any dietary restrictions—they clearly aren’t being taken seriously.

  Every time I go thru the drive thru all the workers are nice except a young blonde girl. I get having a bad day, but everytime I go which is often, she is disrespectful and down right rude. Slams the door on you before you can even ask for a damn straw. If you hate ur job that much you have to be rude to customers then the basic customer service job isn’t for you.
