- CRCrystal ReedAug 12, 20252.0I had a T-MOBILE code for free smoothie with purchase & ordered online but didn't realize you had to add code to rewards section before purchasing. Immediately tried to cancel my order bur was unable to. I go inside to explain situation but allegedly nothing could be done to rectify the situation and honor my code. Apparently a manager is the only person who can cancel the order and out of the 4-5 ppl onsite none of them was a manager!!! Completely unacceptable that nobody on site could help customers beyond taking orders!

Employees are a quiet group, so if you’re expecting to be greeted or/and farewell then good luck bc you won’t get it lol otherwise I’m happy with my smoothie and breakfast wrap. I ordered island green and it’s very tasty, the wrap is good also.. not too much and not too little, just the right amount. Very cheesy as well, it stayed hot for a long time. Thank you!
