  February 8, 2026 McDonald’s Customer Service McDonald’s Corporation 110 N Carpenter Street Chicago, IL 60607 Subject: Extremely Disappointing McCafé Coffee Experience – February 8, 2026 Around 5 am Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team, This morning, on February 8, 2026, I visited your McDonald’s location15806 Crain Hwy, Brandywine, MD 20613 and purchased a hot coffee with 2 Splenda and one cream. Unfortunately, the coffee was completely undrinkable. It had virtually no coffee flavor or aroma whatsoever. It tasted and smelled like plain hot water with cream added — there was no trace of the coffee taste, body, or roasted character that one expects from a McCafé brewed coffee. I was genuinely looking forward to my morning coffee, and this experience was very disappointing. It felt as though either the coffee was not brewed at all, the machine dispensed mostly hot water, the batch was severely over-diluted, or the equipment/coffee grounds had not been properly maintained. I understand that occasional inconsistencies can happen, but this was far beyond a minor variation in strength — the drink literally did not taste like coffee in any way. I had to throw it away. I would appreciate it if you could look into what may have gone wrong at that location that morning so that other customers do not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have been a McDonald’s customer for many years and usually enjoy the convenience and quality of your McCafé drinks, which is why this was especially surprising and frustrating.   It's McDonald's. Order and out the door you go. I would give them better reviews but its hard when it's the most expensive McDonald's in the area but 15-20% and they still mess up the order.

  The food was fresh and satisfying. The cashier, apparently new, did not register my discount on a breakfast sandwich, but I did not notice it until I had paid. When I brought it to the attention of a supervisor, she offered me a free breakfast sandwich. Totally satisfied.

  I placed an order via the app and upon arrival all employees and managers refused to either fulfill the order or cancel it because their kitchen was transitioned for breakfast. I even asked for a receipt to come back and get my order later in the day and they still refused. I was unable to cancel in the app and they refused to cancel on their end or provide a receipt to get a refund at a later time.

  We waited in the Drive-Thru line four for few minutes they were too busy talking on the cell phone unfortunately she couldn't understand me it took a minute to get my order and it still wasn't correct and they were not friendly at all they forgot one of my hash browns
