Upon entering we were greeted courteously and ushered to our booth. Our server was always very attentive to our needs. The good was good. We had the Chilean Sea Bass which was seasoned to perfection, and the kids portions were adequate. Good place to have a family dinner out. I would recommend!

My recent experience at Bonefish Grill was very disappointing, especially for a first visit.
We came in with a large party, and unfortunately, the staff did not seem equipped to handle it. Our waitress openly shared that she was working with “only one hand” due to an arm brace, which we were understanding about at first. However, her attitude quickly became an issue. She was snapping at guests, appeared visibly frustrated, and at times spoke in a way that felt unprofessional. If she was not feeling well enough to work or manage a large party, it would have been better to request assistance or be assigned a smaller table.
There were also clear breakdowns in service. Food was being brought out before orders were properly taken, and instead of calmly redirecting the situation, she responded with, “I ain’t take order so that ain’t their food!” This created confusion and an uncomfortable atmosphere. When taking our orders, she did not communicate effectively rather than asking us to speak up in a loud environment, she would give looks that made us feel rushed or dismissed.
As for the food, it did not meet expectations. My bourbon salmon tasted like it had been microwaved with sauce added afterward. The potatoes were overcooked and under-seasoned. Other dishes at the table were also underwhelming the crab cakes were small with too much filler, and the chicken masala lacked seasoning and sauce.
The only highlights were the Brussels sprouts, chicken egg rolls, and drinks.
Overall, the experience fell short in both service and food quality. While I may consider trying a different location in the future, this visit did not leave a good impression.
