  We ordered Catering for work and I was not clear about meat on the side. I have two vegans who were left without lunch and I called to ask them how i should have done it next time so that it does not happen again. I was extremely frazzled and upset. The manager was BEYOND empathetic. He validated me and offered solutions. thank you for everything & the food was delicious as always!

  Clean, food was fresh as always, staff was polite and was greeted as I walked in ! You don't get that anywhere anymore, plus the atmosphere was great with great music

  The guy did well with explaining other options, and had great customer but no whipped cream and nobody willing to make any for my Honeybar is disappointing..first time visitor..

  Came in and asked if I was picking up, I said yes and told them the name of my order. They said it’ll be out soon. Almost 10 minutes later, a different worker that was putting orders on the pickup line kept making eye contact with me, saw that I was obviously waiting for an order, but did not ask me my order name. Additionally, they were not calling out order names and were placing the bags away from customers so you can’t see if your name is on the bag or not. It wasn’t until I walked closer to the counter that it finally registered to him that I was picking up. This is honestly unbelievably horrible service. Why are you not calling out order names?!
