- PWPamela WalkMar 26, 20262.0I have been eating at this location every Thursday evening. But latley the food has been overcooked and the customers is terrible. This new team of people has NO Customer service and no ability to complete an order properly. Last week my burger was so over cooked that the top of the ground beef had a crispy layer. I called the store and the manager had a "oh well" attitude. Shame on me I went back today and I placed my order asked for a double and asked that it not be overcooked and the lady who took my order proceeded to the grill to speak in Spanish about me to the young lady cooking as if I don't have the right to order MY $ 18.00 meal the way I would like it cooked. I received a single and proceeded back to the register to inform the same young lady and she told one of the guys to handle me. He put my order back in and then I received a sandwich with the wrong topping. I really feel like it was intentional. The manager confirmed the mistake and with NO apology he says. SO U WANT A REFUND THEN. No attempt to remake my food. I asked was he even going to apology for the team and he decided he would not say anything. He gave me my refund receipt and proceeded to laugh in my face and say have a great day ma'am. His name was Edgar. I will never support this location every again.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
