    I was pretty much scammed by this location. On 12/29/25 at 5:54pm I placed an online order for classic wings. The order was placed, I was charged, and I arrived at the given pick up time. Upon, arriving I gave my name and I was told "Uhhh about your order, we don't have anymore wings. What we have has to be thawed". I was a little stuck for a minute because in my mind, I'm thinking "WINGstop is out of WINGS at 6pm with a 1am closing time, yet their online system is still processing orders and charging people..." Honestly, in the moment I felt more bad for every employee in there and the owner than I did myself when I heard that so I was still pretty calm and amiable. Also, to be fair they did ask if they could replace it with anything else but due to dietary restrictions I'm only permitted to have un-breaded options. Though, I am understanding that things happen, tbh it says a lot that a wing business would allow this not because they simply don't physically have them or there's some sort of local national "wing shortage" but simply because they're not thawed which is a clear operational, management and preparation issue... But nonetheless, I opted for a refund, they tell me to (literally write by hand on a blank receipt but ok i guess) my name, number, and order number and I would receive the money back on my card in 5-7 days. Long story short, it is 1/11/26 nearly 6pm and I still do not have my funds back and obviously, nor do I have my wings. I've called 3 times since then and given my info again and again, but still nothing. I even wrote in to corporate to no avail. Not saying this is an everyday occurrence but be careful. In my experience, there will be no help or recourse for you, order at your own risk. Keep in mind, I have been supporting this location for a few years now despite on several occasions orders running 20,30,45min+ late but I think enough is enough. Update (1/20/26): I Still have not received a refund, wings nor a response from the suggested contact form.

    I've gone here a few times (once a year since 2022) and everytime Im disappointed at the wing quality and the service is always horrible. I've been hopeful that it will be diffrent each time I order but its not. Must be ownership. I would avoid this location and save yourself the disappointment.
