- DBDonna BradyFeb 14, 20261.0Normally, I just walk in to place my order. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I’ve never had any issues. Today, I called to place an order instead. I was asked if I had the app. If I had the app, I wouldn’t have needed to call. I explained that I did not have the app and would simply like to place an order for pickup. I was again told to use the app. After a brief back-and-forth about the app, I ended the call feeling frustrated and dismissed. My issue is simple: if I had the app, I wouldn’t have called to place the order. I don’t understand why it was so difficult to take my order over the phone instead of insisting that I use the app. As a paying customer, I believe I should be accommodated whether I choose to order in person, over the phone, through an app, or via a delivery service. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and as a result, I won’t be returning to this location.

The atmosphere is super chill and has more of a relaxed café vibe than a typical fast-food spot — it’s a nice place to take a breather while you wait. The staff here are always polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They remember regulars, answer questions with patience, and keep everything running smoothly (especially Keelah, she’s the best!). It’s rare to find a place that feels this friendly and efficient at the same time. Highly recommend stopping by!
