- JJJayAug 24, 20254.0I enjoy grabbing acai bowls from here. The service is fine, very average but the employees know the menu. The inventory could be more consistent so things are always available. The tables are sticky, but the bowls taste the same every time and thats the important thing.

Smoothie machines broken, employees bang on it to get it to blend. You end up with chunks of fruit and ice pieces. They didn’t have proper ingredients for a wrap nor did they call or put a disclaimer on app informing customers. Certain smoothies aren’t allowed with the pair & save option but they allow you to order and then make you wait a week for a refund. All straws are split at the top, someone can seriously injure themselves. Very obvious management is not involved regularly nor cares about the customer experience. One employee told a customer “good luck with the cup holder not breaking” as he was loading 5 smoothies in it. This location is a waste of customers time and money. Better off driving to the Crofton location where your time and money is valued.

When I walked into the store, I was IMMEDIATELY hit with a foul stench that I can’t even describe. On top of this, there were hoards of flies buzzing around the kitchen area. Overall the place is really unsanitary and makes me question if I should come back. The employees also just stand around as if there aren’t flies everywhere and a pungent odor attacking the establishment. Was this why they were so rude to me? Whatever it was, they hardly said a word to me, the dude at the register just waited for me to stop talking before he told me the total. Once my smoothie was finished, the lady didn’t say a word and just placed it on the counter. I ain’t gonna lie, the strawberry banana smoothie was good but that’s the only credit I can give them. Not coming back til they get their S together.
