Every time we visit, hoping to grab a pack for my kid, we catch Drew, on the clock, clearing out the stock. It’s disheartening for kids who look forward to these small joys. As an active-duty parent, I can’t camp out by the machine like Drew, who seems to have an unfair advantage as an employee. It feels like he’s taking advantage of his access, leaving nothing for young fans. Safeway’s management should address this to ensure fairness—maybe limit employee purchases during work hours or restock more frequently. Despite this, the store’s cleanliness and overall vibe remain impressive, but Drew’s Pokémon card monopoly needs to stop for the sake of the kids.

Ms. Crystal took her time this morning to teach me how to properly use the safeway app to navigate my way to saving more on my groceries and I appreciate her for that. Sometime for older shoppers the changes are unknown and scary. But Crystal showed me that it so easy.
