The pizza was horrible and tasted nothing like I remember. Now, low quality ingredients...spongy sausages and cheese that didn't melt when reheated in the microwave. I won't be back.

They told me it may have gone through the call center. I recalled the same number while at the store amd it rang there. Another call to the same number with an automated voice note said my order was ready for pick up. I had ordered for a group of physicians that had a scheduled lunch time and couldn't get even an explanation of what happened. It was as if I made up the whole thing in my head....there was no empathy, there was no acknowledgement of any sort. Manager had no resolution..... he wouldn't even provide a number to corporate for me to elevate or address the issue and he certainly wasn't going to do anything to understand the root cause so that this doesn't happen again to me or other customers. Terrible experience and terrible service.
