  One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They take so long to even acknowledge you, and then it's a 15 minute wait for your food after they finally do even say something to you... Wouldn't be surprised if this place got shut down or had their franchise removed.

  I orden and like always the same chicken burn dry and disgusting. I think the oil where they fry is very old and they don’t change the oil.

  The competency of the people working at 12am 12/6/2025 is absolute garbage. I ordered 2- 6 piece chicken nuggets and you get 6 more for another $1 ($1.06 with tax). One order of the 6 piece chicken nuggets is $3.49 ($3.70 with tax). Then, I also ordered medium fries that I used a code for - $1.00 with any purchase. So, in all, I should have gotten 24 chicken nuggets and medium fries for a total of: $3.70 + $3.70 + $1.06 $1.06 $1.06 = $10.58. I got charged $13.33 and while explaining that I’m being charged about $3.00 more- the lady (cashier) just smirked and was like the total is $13.33 - that’s what the computer says. I mean, I told her the math isn’t “mathing” and she refused to listen or even try to comprehend simple math. It’s not that I cannot afford the food- it’s just the principle and having good/decent customer service. Anyways, I paid the $13.33 because I was done talking to a “brick wall” and when I got home, the kicker- I only got 2-6 piece nuggets and 2- 4 piece nuggets. In conclusion, you failed to ring up the correct price, I paid an additional $3.00 AND you only gave me 20 chicken nuggets, not the 24, I should have gotten. At least you got the fries right (and that’s the only reason you got a 1 star). IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE- AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S!

  First off I was in line waiting for 10 minutes. I had my code for 20 percent off 15.00 and the amount was over 15 dollars. The cashier called the manager for help and she came over with a complete attitude towards the employee first and then to me. The cashier told her that eventhough the amount was over 15 and it said they got the code the machine was not taking the code. The manager said with a NASTY attitude well its not working and I asked her if she could manually put it in since the cashier saw we had the coupon on the app and she said nasty with an attitude no. She said the system may be down and I said to her since the system may be down can she put it in since that isnt out fault and 20 percent is a lot. She huffed and said nasty no youll just need to pay full price or take something off. I asked her what her name was and her response was why would I give you my name I said because you are being nasty to us for no reason and she said she was not giving us her name. She didnt have a badge on but I took her picture. Here it is. I have lived in this area for almost 20 years and have never been treated like this at this establishment or any establishment in this area. I would appreciate an apology from this employee. She doesnt know why we were out so late and before going home we picked MCD to eat at before going home after a really rough night and to be treated like that when we did nothing was completely out of line. MCD is not the only option and believe I will think twice when making a decision if I want to give my money to an establishment with nasty employees such as her
