- VVVoncia2 days ago1.0I am writing this second review because the service at this location and others has become consistently unacceptable. My latest order was completely wrong, and the way the staff handled the correction was unprofessional. The Experience: Incorrect Order: I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with lettuce, tomato, and cheese only (no tartar sauce). I was served a sandwich with tartar sauce and none of the requested toppings. Lack of Accountability: I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the order corrected. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and fixing it, the employee charged me a second time for the lettuce and tomato that should have been on the original sandwich. Poor Attitude: There was no ownership of the mistake and zero courtesy shown for the inconvenience of me having to wait in line twice. It is one thing to make a mistake on an order, but to charge a customer extra to fix a mistake the kitchen made is predatory and poor business practice. Between the cold food from my previous visit and the complete lack of service today, I will not be returning. In the fast-food industry, it is standard policy that if an order is wrong, the "remake" should be free of charge, regardless of the toppings. Charging you for lettuce and tomato on a remake is essentially a "double charge" for the same meal.
