  Parking lot a bit confusing but great selection of items usually sold out elsewhere. Front check out area a bit tight but huge store!

  I like this Gaint. It's close to my job and most things are usually in stock. They have good customer service and the staff is helpful. Where they fall woefully short is curbside pickup. More than a few times I've waited 20 plus minutes to receive my food. I utilize the app that asks you are you on the way and let's them know when you arrive but it doesn't seem to do much. I understand they may not run out after 30 seconds but I could go inside and shop my entire order for the amount of time that I've waited during certain pickups. If they can get this together this would be a top tier store.

  I want to thank Elise Jackson, the pharmacy tech, who was extremely kind and helpful as customers scrambled to gather storm supplies. She is the reason why I will return to this store. Thank you for your top tier customer service, Elise. You made things so much better during an extremely stressful time.
