She will get rude and visibly upset if you ask her to bag your groceries. Upper management needs to have a serious discussion with Asia about her unprofessional behavior and laziness.

The store itself is clean, organized, bright, very fresh looking produce, but the staff, not one smile from anyone in the store. I felt like I was a bothering the employees in the store. I felt like I was in the Stepford Wives movie. No smiles, greetings at all. Corporate leaders, maybe take a lesson from Chic Fila as far as customer service is concerned. Just my opinion 🤷.

But - When the primary advertised specials (specifically this weeks special on Beef Rib Roast & Boneless New York Strip Roast) is not available please put a sign at the front of the store and in the meat department. At 9:00 PM Saturday no one working seem to know where the roasts should be, why there were none available and when they would be avalable. Also why no customer service staff or manager avalable after 9:00.
