  Good products, nice staff, I would ship here now often and the store would get a better review but it is EXTREMELY inaccessible to disabled people. They used to have plenty of accessible parking but when the lockdown happened, they turned one of the entrances into an emergency exit. So half the parking spots labeled as accessible are not anywhere near the entrance. To park in the ones by the actual entrance, you have to wait until someone leaves and steal into the spot before someone else does, because they're ALWAYS filled.

  This Giant food store is tops! The Customer service team is very, understanding and polite especially Dyanna and Anthony. This store also has a great management team especially - Mr. Tony. Kudos to this Giant store 👏🏼

  Giant is way more expensive than other local stores. Due to uncontrolled theft at this store, it's becoming increasingly inconvenient to shoppers. The doors closet to the pharmacy forces elderly customers or sick people needingto pickup prescriptiosn to walk the added distance from the other end of the store. Now they've closed the full-size self-service lanes punishing all customers for the crimes of a few. The 20 or less self-checkout area is so sensitive that even setting your own bag sets off the "Assistance Required" signal which delays checkout until the ONE person responsible for this area can get to you. It's ridiculous. I have shopped at this store for 30 years, but will no longer shop there.
