- JCJae- CeeDec 18, 20251.0Unsanitary, where they pass down the food it's messy and then when they do clean it/ pickup the bits of food they don't wipe with a rag they get a napkin and just whip... Mind you they do NOT change there gloves after that either! The "manager" can be right beside the employees and she see's the mess and does nothing. Ma'am please you need to lead by example. It’s no surprise people get sick, as employees do not follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices.

Heat is essential to bringing out Chipotle’s flavors, so this really took away from the meal. It almost feels like I’m being penalized for choosing delivery—even though I paid extra for both the food and the convenience fee. I expect the same quality whether I pick up or have it delivered. Please look into this, as the experience did not meet the standard I’m used to.
