  The steak and cheese is so good. The bread is soft and it’s great portions.

  This place has abysmal customer service. The staff there simply act like they don't care. Their attitudes and demeanor are unprofessional. An online order was made one Friday night a few weeks ago. Upon arriving to pickup the order and giving the name of the order, the staff said that it had been picked up. They had to nerve to question if we had already been there to pick it up as though we were lying and trying to double dip. After a few moments of confusion they came to the conclusion that the order had been stolen somehow. No apology, no sorry for the accusations, no nothing. They simply remade the order begrudgingly and gave it to us with a "Here, that it!!" attitude . To add to that frustration, we submitted a online complaint about the incident and management hasn't even acknowledged the issue or replied. No worries. You don't ever have to worry about us coming back as customers. You get one chance to make a first impression and they failed.

  They are always messing up my orders. Today was toppings for chicken sub had everything for a Philly cheesesteak and everything on Philly was the chicken topping. Completely backwards. They made 2 new ones and the Philly cheese steak had soooo little meat. Times before wrong toppings.
