- GMGreg MOct 20, 20251.0This place has abysmal customer service. The staff there simply act like they don't care. Their attitudes and demeanor are unprofessional. An online order was made one Friday night a few weeks ago. Upon arriving to pickup the order and giving the name of the order, the staff said that it had been picked up. They had to nerve to question if we had already been there to pick it up as though we were lying and trying to double dip. After a few moments of confusion they came to the conclusion that the order had been stolen somehow. No apology, no sorry for the accusations, no nothing. They simply remade the order begrudgingly and gave it to us with a "Here, that it!!" attitude . To add to that frustration, we submitted a online complaint about the incident and management hasn't even acknowledged the issue or replied. No worries. You don't ever have to worry about us coming back as customers. You get one chance to make a first impression and they failed.

Completely backwards. They made 2 new ones and the Philly cheese steak had soooo little meat. Times before wrong toppings.

Very hospital will visit again just for his great energy. I have been eating Charley’s for 20+ years since I was a kid and this location is very welcoming. Clean inside and my food came out piping hot ! Carlos delivered my food and drink to my table even though I ordered to go I ended up dining in. I ordered the large combo with cheese fries and a watermelon strawberry lemonade. Thank you Carlos will be returning
