I have never been here before and I made that clear to the guy taking my order. He did not offer any info or advice on his products or ordering process. I literally did not recognize any of these sauces or food items other than grilled chicken. The whole process was intimidating and he did not make me feel welcome. He was extremely quiet the entire time and I was left talking to myself wondering what I am even ordering. It said bowls were $11. By the time I was done ordering my total was over $16 for a bowl! I got charged extra for the meat I picked and was never told it was extra while I was ordering. Like I said I haven't tried the bowl yet. If it's really good I might change my rating. Otherwise this service was so bad I don't plan to ever try this again. UPDATE: The bowl was delicious. I have updated the rating to 3 stars. Maybe the service will be better next time.
