  I stop for my morning coffee at this Dunkin more often than not. I have been doing this for a long while, over a year. Everyone in there knows my name and or face unless they are new and then, it is just a matter of time. Recently, in the past few months I have noticed that the service is sub par. My order is typically the same. Definitely my coffee. Definitely my name. Large coffee creamer and caramel. Queen is my name. That is it. I will know of there is caramel or not...that is my sweetener. I typically pull through the drive thru. Well, the lady on the speaker, makes me repeat my name EVERY time. To the point where now I spell it out for her. She then rushes me because she KNOWS who I am and my name. Also, on several occasions they did not put caramel in my drink. But I never turned back because I am on a tight schedule. Welp, they did it on a day that I had time. So I made a u turn. They said they put caramel. No you did not, but okay. I just turned around for no reason. They did not want to accept accountability. They did not apologize. You pay extra for caramel yet they do not put any in your drink. So, they are stealing! Anyhow, they finally put caramel in my drink. This location is a franchise and the owner must do better. I have gone to corporate, not because of the bad service but the stealing and disrespect shown Avoid this Dunkin if you want to enjoy what you pay for. Waiting to hear back from Corporate

  I’ve had ongoing issues with this Dunkin’ location for over a year. Many of the employees come across as rude, and I consistently receive uncomfortable or strange looks when they hand me my food. It creates a very unwelcoming environment as a customer. Because of these repeated experiences, I stopped going there for a while. Recently, I decided to give the place another chance despite my reservations. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve, and I still received the same weird looks when receiving my food. Shortly after eating something I purchased, I started having stomach cramps while still there, and the discomfort continued for over an hour afterward. Customer service and food quality matter, and based on my experiences, this location has been disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the customer experience and overall standards.

  Asked for a chai latte. Relieved coffee. When I tried to ask the man who made it about it he insisted it was chai so I just didn’t argue with him and left my drink on the table. I know it was coffee and there wasn’t any attempt to make it right at all. Awful service
