  First time writing a review, this morning I went to the drive thru with my son, I didn’t know what to get, there a young man with the name Micheal, he was very attendant and was patient he was helping me and reading their options even when it was raining and was a line he focused on helping and making sure my order was right, when getting up to the window everyone was very sweet and got my food correctly, my son was happy to get his food, I will be coming back to that chick fil a for the friendly people and environment I recommend people to come and to be served well like other restaurants.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I decided to return today for breakfast, despite having a negative experience last year, hoping that there had been improvements in staff or service. While placing my order, I felt rushed at the speaker, but continued forward. When I reached the window, I recognized the same employee from my previous visit—the same one who had rushed my order last year and caused items to be missed, which initially made me hesitant to return. I was asked to pull into the second lane to receive my order. While waiting, I realized my coffee was missing the vanilla sweetener I requested. After waiting several minutes with no assistance, I went inside to have the issue corrected. Upon entering, I made eye contact with the manager, whose demeanor came across as dismissive and uninterested. As my drink was being remade, I noticed staff displaying unprofessional behavior, including eye-rolling. I also requested that the employee bringing my food outside be informed that I was inside, but this was initially ignored. It was only addressed at the last moment, and I overheard a staff member respond with an attitude, saying “for what,” which I found inappropriate. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this is now my second negative experience at this location, and unless there are clear improvements in both staff and management, I will not be returning.

  How can all the other fast food and fast casual restaurants not be like, “how can we capture the Chick-fil-A essence of customer service and quality. ???? They have it right. Everything is always on point and the food is always consistent and delicious. Service - “My Pleasure”. Nuff said. Thank you for my meal and a positive and uplifting experience today.
