Like you can taste the cheese still frozen and the dough not crispy.. it’s suppose to be thin crust anywhere else they would make it crispy point blank period. Pepperoni raw.. like ew. I’m okay with the refund I was given but I had it delivered so I literally had to waste gas to come over there just for somebody else mistake. Me and my husband both threw up .

Also, $63 for two large pizzas and breadsticks is ridiculously overpriced when compared to PJ’s competitors. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is the manager was very apologetic on the phone. Won’t be ordering from here again any time soon.

My 5:15pm order wasn’t finished until 6:40pm. This delay, subsequent wait & neglect of customer service was atrocious! I stood there in the waiting area for over an hour. And may I add, Patiently waiting. Only To receive poor customer service in return. I saw customers leave that were there before me & customers come & go that arrived after me. No one made my order a priority. No one took the initiative to fix the problem for me in a timely manner - as if other customers’ orders were more important than mine. My time was not valued. My money was not valued. The fact that I chose THIS restaurant to order my food from to feed my family was not valued at all. In a food service business, customers are your life line, without customers a business fails. Poor treatment of your customers in a customer service industry is inexcusable, inappropriate & down right disgusting. I’m sharing my mistreatment to warn other customers & potential customers to avoid this place or risk mistreatment yourself.
