- KMKellye MeredithNov 14, 20251.0I was incredibly mistreated by this restaurant. They experienced an issues with their label printer which caused delays with orders- I was told. My 5:15pm order wasn’t finished until 6:40pm. This delay, subsequent wait & neglect of customer service was atrocious! I stood there in the waiting area for over an hour. And may I add, Patiently waiting. Only To receive poor customer service in return. I saw customers leave that were there before me & customers come & go that arrived after me. No one made my order a priority. No one took the initiative to fix the problem for me in a timely manner - as if other customers’ orders were more important than mine. My time was not valued. My money was not valued. The fact that I chose THIS restaurant to order my food from to feed my family was not valued at all. In a food service business, customers are your life line, without customers a business fails. Poor treatment of your customers in a customer service industry is inexcusable, inappropriate & down right disgusting. I’m sharing my mistreatment to warn other customers & potential customers to avoid this place or risk mistreatment yourself.
