  They keep charging me incorrectly on bag fees for pickup orders. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone to help get a refund. I’ll be going back to ordering from Safeway. They allow you to bring your own bags for pickup orders so you don’t have to deal with being over-charged.

  I really like this store. It's clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking.

  this is the worst pickup service thy have i go 5 time to pick up order every time I go there thy told me will be ready nex feu hours the should training pickup employees to have better service

  I don’t know what was going on today with the staff. They were unhelpful when I asked for items. One in fact said “I have no idea…” (it was the person working the fresh seafood counter where a particular jarred seafood item I needed for a recipe would be) I also got the runaround from two others when looking for paneer— the specialty cheese person said “dairy” and the dairy person said “specialty cheese”. The staff is usually good and the store is clean and well stocked. I like that they carry local products too. Maybe chalk it up to holiday season busyness.
