If we had been eating in store, I would’ve brought them up to the counter, but I’d gotten them to go and the kids didn’t mention there was something wrong with them until we’d gotten home.

Then we proceeded to order and we are very clear with what we want in our burger, yet, they still somehow managed to get it wrong, despite us being clear and having a good attitude, something that wasn’t done by the workers. I would argue for a refund but honestly it’s so disappointing that such a good place can have its image slightly ruined by their own workers.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
