My order took more than 20 minutes past the promised time, and I only received my food after I went to ask about it. The way the orders were being handled did not seem appropriate for a place like this, where most people just stop by for their coffee or a quick meal on the way to work. At that moment there were about 25 to 40 people waiting, most of them with online orders. Panera should better organize the order process so customers don’t have to waste time and feel frustrated. This is not the level of service one would expect from a brand like Panera.
