Ordered online, saw you could choose between fountain or bottle sodas, which was great, I can't stand bottled soda. Chose the fountain soda. When I got to the restaurant, the fountain wasn't working, no biggie, I asked for a refund. They refused to give me one. I probably could have made more of a stink, but after they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes when I asked for a refund twice, I decided to just drop it.The dude recoiled when I asked for a refund, not sure how it could be that difficult. Would be nice if they could remove the option of fountain soda on the site as an option if it is not an option. Also on my receipt it rang up as bottle soda even though I 100% selected fountain, might want to fix that.
