  Be Careful ‼️This guy bullying my daughter! my daughter bought 3 drinks from him and my daughter came home crying she said the guy was mean to her and aggressive and he didn’t give trays for the 3 drinks and me and my wife went there ask him tried to talk to him. He says I didn’t heard your daughter what she says so that’s mean you will be aggressive and shouting my 12yr old, It was right he’s aggressive trying to talk to him politely get phone number of the maneger he says no i don’t have phone number, tried to talk to Police officer near by, officer said there is no crime committed just call the corporate and wait for the next day may be one day the maneger on duty.

  In the morning and midday, service is absolutely terrible. Dunkins are known for being inconsistent, but receiving black coffee instead of hot chocolate (twice!) is a new low. In the afternoon/evening, your order will usually be right but it may take ages as this location seems to only ever staff one person that time of day. Hike over to the metro station for your Dunkin fix, or try one of the other coffee shops around the block.

  It takes 15 minutes to prepare a coffee; I ordered it in advance through the app. Incompetent employees.

  They need to pay more attention to online/delivery orders. Especially when Uber eats only give you $5 when Dunkin messed up an entire 3 meals. I should not have half a sausage on a croissant sandwich and the wrong cheese when its clearly stated. Stop being lazy and PAY ATTENTION!
