Dunkins are known for being inconsistent, but receiving black coffee instead of hot chocolate (twice!) is a new low. In the afternoon/evening, your order will usually be right but it may take ages as this location seems to only ever staff one person that time of day. Hike over to the metro station for your Dunkin fix, or try one of the other coffee shops around the block.
