- TTTJan 3, 20261.0Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location! Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant, but the service was subpar. The staff made several mistakes with our orders: - My friend was charged for guacamole he didn't order. - I was given a half scoop of everything, making my burrito almost a kids' meal size. - I was charged for double meat despite asking for just a little extra (which is usually free). - When we pointed out the mistakes the employees started started yelling at us. To top it off, we didn't receive our receipts and change, and when we went back to ask for them, the staff claimed they had already given them to us. The mistakes and terrible customer service ruined our experience. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope Chipotle takes steps to improve the service and accuracy at this location, it is needed!
