- MIM IFeb 22, 20251.0We ordered on the touchscreen to make it easier. I wanted to like this place for when I'm craving a cheesesteak, but was a bit disappointed. The food was ok- had the bacon cheesesteak combo (fries and a drink). I asked the lady behind the counter if refills were free, she said yes. They skimp on the meat and cheese, but load up on the veggies. When I asked for a refill, the manager stepped in and said only one refill is allowed. He wasn't very friendly about it either. He must be the same manager other reviewers mentioned had an attitude. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, so won't be coming back the next time we're at the Montgomery Mall food court.
