  Yesterday 2/26 I ordered CAVA and they missed some ingredients in which I called and whoever I spoke to was sweet in telling me I can bring the receipt because I genuinely could not go back after I had noticed. The problem was today 2/27. I went and the hispanic lady was super sweet and nice and she told me if I wanted to change anything or keep it the same and I said to keep the same. Which I appreciate. However, when I was at the checkout waiting for my order and the African American lady at the checkout had asked if I was waiting on anything, then I said I was waiting on a order they had made wrong she went to check and I heard her say “It was definitely her fault, I can asure you”. They gave me my order and I asked for a water cup because I thought it was fair to due to the problem of my order being made wrong and I was putting juice in it and she told me “Ma’am make sure to buy a drink next time”. Therefore, this is why I am leaving a review. Not because this isn’t a great location but because of the African American lady. MIND YOU, I always buy a juice cup which I had done on 2/26. I don’t ever ask for water cups until today. Also, I was never rude to anybody in any moment because I always come here and the workers deserve nothing but respect. So please stop being passive aggressive towards a customer acting like I am not one. Secondly, they missed the pita crisps again and instead of adding grilled chicken they added steak; but they added the sauces this time. I will also attach a picture of my first order so you can clearly see that it was not my fault.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is really good, as a healthy eater CAVA is always one of my favorite choices

  This was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! I usually don’t eat out and prefer cooking at home, but my husband and I decided to try something new and I’m so glad we did. The food was absolutely incredible, easily some of the best I’ve ever had.The entire staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, but Mila really stood out. She has such a warm, genuine personality and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Mila’s positive energy truly made our experience unforgettable.We will definitely be coming back, and we hope to see her again!

  Came into CAVA and honestly the experience was made by Natalie. Her customer service was top-tier — super attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and that kind of energy goes a long way. Service like that is rare these days. Much respect to her and I’ll definitely be back because of it.
