Every time I do ask for it they scoff and speak about how it shouldn’t be like that. the staff is quite inconsiderate, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. you’re always going to be looked at in an ill mannered way here if you do anything different.

Every other cashier comes up very aggressive to the customer, as if they don’t even want to be there. My coworkers share similar experiences and I’ve seen it first hand with the customers in front of me. I understand some customers can be frustrating but working with patience should be a must in the job description. The drink machines are rarely cleaned and I saw many black specks floating in my drink(possibly mold). I wish there was a closer fast food mex style restaurant nearby. I made my order as fast and as simple as possible, but even that seems to be too much.

I left with water. we told the guy working there and he just said “oh”. no apology or offer to refund. very very unprofessional and super disappointing. will not be coming back:/
