- BDBrandon DoletNov 13, 20251.0The older Spanish lady with the glasses and the young Spanish guy are very nice. Besides them, there’s nothing really else good to say about this place. Every other cashier comes up very aggressive to the customer, as if they don’t even want to be there. My coworkers share similar experiences and I’ve seen it first hand with the customers in front of me. I understand some customers can be frustrating but working with patience should be a must in the job description. The drink machines are rarely cleaned and I saw many black specks floating in my drink(possibly mold). I wish there was a closer fast food mex style restaurant nearby. I made my order as fast and as simple as possible, but even that seems to be too much.

I left with water. we told the guy working there and he just said “oh”. no apology or offer to refund. very very unprofessional and super disappointing. will not be coming back:/

Today I made a purchase and I was rudely denied a chance to spin the wheel. I was told that it was only if you purchase entrees. I have never been told that before. I am absolutely disappointed in experience and I will not be coming back to Cal Tort.
