  Horrible location. I experienced incredibly hostile and condescending treatment as a customer. Despite what the response says, customer service will NOT respond and absolutely will NOT refund your order.

  I ordered a bowl with barbacoa, black beans, tomatoes, hot sauce, and avocado. The meat and beans station guy scooped babacoa in the bowl without letting the juice drip out of the utensil. Mind you, this is a paper pulp bowl. When the vegetable and sauce station guy finished putting everything else in, he noticed my order could use a second paper bowl to support the original soggy bowl. So I paid and left, but had to return in less than two minutes because the sauces were rapidly dripping through the paper bag. The vegetable and sauce station guy blamed me for it. He said “that’s because you ordered too much sauce.” I told him I did not do that. He got a manager, and she also blamed me for ordering the barbacoa. Instead of offering to replace a shoddy scooping job, they put a third paper bowl under it and gave me a thicker paper bag. She kept up with the blame that I ordered food with too much sauce. I told her I always order barbacoa from Chipotle, and this has never been a problem. When I got home, the sauce actually leaked through the third bowl and the thicker paper bag they gave me. It’s really sad that the staff cannot own up to their mistake and tries make the customer take the blame. The level of customer service is sorely lacking at this location.

  They are robbing all the young kids here from their change claiming that the register won’t open. I argued with them because they did not want to give me my 91 cents and that’s almost a dollar she did not want to give me the change and claimed the electricity went out. It was only when I stood my ground and said you at least owe me a dollar because that is a lot of change you are taking from me. Someone came and opened the coin machine. So they are lying to all the young kids telling them they can’t open it. This is fowl play and very dishonest to the customers. They didn’t even apologize or say I’m sorry we can’t give you your change( which was a lie) I had to bring it up and the lady at register and the boss where passive aggressive with me for asking them to give me exact change or at least a dollar back . It was crazy for me to ask them to round up to a dollar if they can’t give me coins but it was fine for them to rob me from 91 cents . In the end they lied and should not be stealing from kids getting out of school just because they can’t advocate for themselves this happened at 4pm on 13mar26

  Update: I raised this to three starts because I went by the location to order and they gave more protein. My recommendation is to only order from here in person. Original review: I love Chipotle and would order it all the time on Uber Eats. We order Uber Eats at least 2 to 3 times a week. After a few orders from this location, I never order from Chipotle online. It's really unfortunate because I could eat Chipotle every day. The problem is that the burritos and bowls are not made with any care whatsoever. Protein, forget about it. I've ordered bowls that come with about 1 tablespoon of chicken. And when I ask for hot sauce they carelessly drench the food to the point it's not edible. I remember the days I use to eat that huge burrito almost every other day. It was my go-to. Now, we never eat at Chipotle at home or on the go. My experience with this location changed my view on Chipotle. I recommend skipping this location at the mall.
