  I have been a long-time customer at the CAVA Bethesda location and can confidently say that the staff are nice and efficient, ensure to make things right if there is an error in your order, and offer consistently good food quality :)

  I thoroughly enjoy this location of Cava. The team is always friendly and provide prompt service with a smile. The manager Chris is always nearby to offer assistance and definitely leads by example!

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service at your Bethesda, Maryland location. I work nearby and typically visit this branch 2 to 3 times a week, but after my recent experiences, I have decided to stop patronizing this location entirely. On two separate occasions, I was served by an older Latino male (overweight build) whose customer service was unacceptable. My concerns include: • Inconsistent Portions: He consistently serves incorrect portions. On my last visit, he served a minimal amount of rice and then attempted to charge me extra when I asked for a standard serving. • Unprofessional Attitude: He was dismissive and went as far as to deny me a simple cup for water. • Wasted Resources: Due to his poor attitude and refusal to provide a fair service, I chose to walk away from my order a bowl worth over $17.00 resulting in wasted food and a lost sale for your store. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to be treated this way. I strongly recommend that management reviews the performance and training of this specific staff member. Quality and service should be consistent, and unfortunately, this employee is failing to meet the standards I expect from Cava. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for others.
