  I usually find the food and atmosphere at this McDonald’s to be fine. However, I’ve had two noticeably negative service experiences during the very early morning shift with a specific team member (a lady with glasses – I won’t name her directly). To give context: I previously interacted with another team member (a lady with a bean-themed hat) and found her service excellent. For example, I once asked her to modify a Sausage McMuffin meal (which included a drink, sandwich, and hashbrown) by removing the hashbrown and adding an extra egg instead. She was very friendly and said yes without issue. The next day, I tried to make a similar request with the lady with glasses, since the friendly team member wasn’t there. I used the self-order kiosk and then went to pay in person (the same way I did with the previous team member). However, this time she simply replied, “No, you can’t do that.” I was surprised and disappointed by how different her response and attitude were. The following day, I returned to test the consistency of service again. This time, I asked if she could swap an unopened pack from a “Demon Hunter” meal (part of the Hunter meal). Again, she replied “no” in a way that felt unwilling to help. I didn’t argue or fight back in the moment, but after two separate “no” responses with no explanation or attempt to accommodate, I feel compelled to leave critical feedback. I’m disappointed that one team member is friendly and solution-oriented, while another seems unwilling to help customers with reasonable requests during early morning hours. Thank you for reading.   My mobile order included a daily double burger as part of a combo meal I was charged for on my debit card. At the cashier she told me they didn’t make daily doubles anymore and that I wouldn’t get my order. She didn’t know how I would get a refund. At the food window I only got a partial order of something else and not the daily double value meal which was paid for. When I got home I gave my food to the family member who wanted the daily double meal and I called the store and they told me the cashier lied and that they do have daily double meals. I know that because I buy them several times a week. They had no way to refund the money other than my driving 25 minutes back to their store to get a refund or the food they didn’t give me. Total incompetence and poor customer service.

  We went there for the Big Arch. Place our order at the kiosk and since we were dining in, the kiosk prompted us to enter a number from one of the table tents at the kiosk so a server could deliver out food. I thought this was great until the wait. We sat at a table and placed the table tent in clear view. Then, we waited and waited and waited. A couple of other customers order from the kiosks, but they were to go orders as they did not sit at a table, got their food and left. Still we waited, no customers at the kiosk, no customers at the counter. In fact, there were no employees at the counter. We didn't see any cars coming from the drive thru. I looked at the order board and did not see any orders. Then, I decided to go to the counter to try and get an employee's attention. There I found our order in a bag with no drinks. I looked at the receipt again, it was clear we entered table 24 and the receipt said a server would soon bring our food. We had to go behind the counter to get an employee's attention so we could get cups for our drinks. By now, the food was getting cold because it sat at the counter for so long. We never thought to look or pay attention to the counter because both the kiosk and the receipt said our food would be delivered to the table. Never happened. We loved the big arch, but won't return to this location. Poor service. There are too many McDonald's to go to, so why go to one that is this poor?

  I love McDonald's fries. Although this place could be very busy throughout the week the customer service is friendly.

  I went through the drive thru around 10:00pm and I knew they wouldn’t have coffee but I thought I would try my luck. They didn’t which was fine but then I asked for a diet coke, a coke, anything they just said they were out of it. The lady who was managing, by the looks of it, was very rude to her coworkers too. I ended up just getting a small chicken nuggets and I felt bad because that previously mention lady was giving the person at the drive thru window a whole lot of problems. It made me feel uncomfortable and I would not recommend going here to anyone.
