    Kiosks don't work, they won't deliver food to your table. And it's loud in there so you can't hear when they call your number. Cleanliness is eh.

    Edit:The following review was meant for an ocean city island location not the Berlin McD's. It's McDonald's and not 24 hours out of season. Not sure about the other ocean city island location. But there was plenty of parking and did not hassle me about staying in the lot for a long time. And they have free wifi and a public bathroom when lobby is open.

    Asked for the Quartet pounder plan and they gave us it with everything on it… my large sweet tea tab was already peeled which is why I get McDonalds so that was kinda upset…I really like McDonalds and by far wasn’t a good experience. The lady that took my car closed the window and ROLLED HER EYES like come on. I really enjoyed it last time I was here.

    This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been in! Management is rude & condescending! 7 times they have gotten my order wrong! Manager told me to "relax she got it" & she still didn't get it right. I tried to call & get the corporate office number & when I was talking to someone, someone else said hang up on her!!! I will never do business at this McDonald's again, located 11315 Samual Bowen Blvd Berlin, Maryland 21811.
