- WWWill2 days ago1.0I order on the website as a guest, and when I go to pick up my order, it says "Thanks! Your order..." but it doesn't say a name at the top. So I get there and tell them the name for the order, the "General Manager" says he cant give me my order because it doesn't say a name on the order confirmation. I can't change the website, or pull up a name. Doesn't give me my order. I have an order number, says he can't even see order numbers (so why have them?) doesn't give me my order. I ask if he can just compare the order with the bag and my phone, because its a unique order, doesn't entertain it, doesn't give me my order. He says it needs to say my name at the top, I cant change the website not showing my name, so after back and forward for 5 minutes, I open my phone, sign into my email, show him an old receipt from a different wingstop order just cuz it has my name on it, and he goes "Now that wasn't hard was it?" ??? Whole lotta nothing, for nothing. Why wouldn't you just look at the order on my phone and the one on the bag?? Why is THAT so hard? Just give me my order i already paid for!!! He also snatched the bag out of my hand to double check, and the bag was greased up. Staff assumes you're lying and stealing when you enter the store!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER COME BACK. There are other wing places nearby.

The staff member working said only the manager could void it. Frankly, I thought that I would never get my refund back since restaurants are busy and things like this accidentally fall through. But the manager, I believe his name is Suni took the time to call me, give me store credit, and clear up the situation. Staff were quick to take my order and food was as good as expected when I came back to use that credit
