  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service I received. I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location. Instead of being helpful or explaining that this happens often, the cashier at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. ​He started using profanity and called for someone who spoke Spanish. I felt this was a racist act toward me as a Latina, especially since I told him I didn't need a translator because I understood everything he was saying. Despite this, he continued to be disrespectful and used more foul language. ​When the manager arrived, they were also very rude and failed to explain the situation properly. While I admit I made a mistake with the order location, there was no excuse for the way I was treated."

  Don't go there late at night, even a kid meal will be refry. That's how lazy those workers are.... They are a bunch of nasty people

  Paper straws nose elf serve soda signs explaining how to throw away your trash and that you can only stay for 30 minutes before it is loitering and a staff thatbis easy to communicate with as long as you dont speak any form of English. Probably most annoying mcdonalds I have ever been in

  Workers are great but this manager here has been on his phone for the past 10 mins. I’m only doing a uber pick up but he seems to be more focused on his phone than cleaning or helping his staff. Really sad to see honestly
