  Do not order online from this restaurant. Their customer service is AWFUL. They will make you wait forever for your food and then get an attitude and hang up on you when you call for clarification

  Terrible experience. I waited nearly 50 minutes for food I ordered through the app. When I arrived, no one was responding. The manager said they were understaffed, and I tried to be understanding, but she was extremely condescending. She didn’t listen, didn’t apologize for the long wait, and clearly didn’t care. Even after helping other customers in similar situations, she mistreated me and basically handed me the food without looking at me. Very rude and disrespectful behavior, especially from a manager.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Papa John’s location for over 23 years, and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was during my recent visit. I had a valid coupon that I was unable to apply online, so I brought it with me when I picked up my order. Despite showing the coupon and explaining the issue, the staff refused to honor it. I was told I needed to pay full price, which was Unethical,frustrating and unacceptable. The customer service has declined dramatically over the years. The newer staff, in particular a young indian looking man, do not seem to value returning customers or provide any willingness to help. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this location. I will not be returning, and I DO NOT recommend this Papa John’s to anyone. If they continue treating loyal customers this way, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose many more.

  Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE AND indignant. Seriously has ANGER ISSUES! On 10/9/25, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During and interaction, the manager used vulgar and profane language and aggressively ordered me to eave the store. This conduct created and extremely hostile and unpleasant experience. This resulted because my order was incorrectly made. I will never patronize this franchise again. I hope Papa John's Corporate office views this review.

  This location is very unprofessional and lack in customer service. This was my 2nd time ordering from here and both times my order was wrong, even with the sticker tag on the box the says what was ordered. Not to mention, when they fixed the order IT WAS STILL WRONG! It’s almost as if they were intentionally doing it to upset us. At that point we didn’t even bother because it obvious they weren’t going to make the order correctly. Sad to say that I will never order from this location again. Upper management needs to go take a deep dive into the operation of this location because it’s obvious something is wrong.
