The thing that I just could not wrap my mind around is them throwing the bread in the bag naked when they could have easily put it in the sourdough bag. The soup was small and not very good and had no flavor. I had to add chicken bouillon and there are inedible parts of chicken in the soup and islt lacks noodles. The bread bowl was hard as rock. The caesar dressing is not caesar or ranch. It's not good.

It’s lacking definitely a lot of product and when you mention it to the employees, they looked at you like you’re crazy so check your items before you leave the store to be sure you have the right product And be sure you have the product on the sandwich that you ordered because it’s a third of what the product of the picture that you ordered believe me every time I go there it’s the same thing you go to other Panera’s and you get what you order. It’s the one in Belleville. You don’t get all the product that you ordered. they’re skipping on all the product and the sandwiches that you’re putting on your sandwiches that includes tomatoes and the meat and the bacon or whatever items you’re getting on your sandwiches. Make sure you check it before you leave the store.
