  Terrible experience I made an online order when I was about to pick up they told me they have a system issue but they got my order so I have to wait just a little bit to be ready. After more than 20 minutes waiting, in the car, because the restaurant was closed in operation hours for the system issue, they told me thy don't have the order I wanted to cancel the order they made mw wait 10 more minutes and gave me the order. I was missing a soda and when I claimed for it they gave me a full glass of ice with a 1/4 of soda. Will never comk back to this location

  4/10/26-Wendys lunch experience. The manager was a bullying the employees and she had bad customer service. I ordered a Dave’s Double and she gave me a semi cold Bacon Cheeseburger Burger, never provided the receipt for the order. Stuck the Burgervand fries in the bag and handed it to me like…..whatever. I felt this persons bad energy before I even gave her my order. I should have left then and went somewhere else. She was black with wine colored fake hair to be exact. Low Vibration!

  We had a very rude worker in the drive through that just sounded annoyed at my order like i kept ordering more and it was too much .It was only a $19 order and he didn’t talk to me at all at the window

  I don’t go to Wendy’s often, but when I do, I try to go to this location in the past because of the service. But the quality of their food has been dropping and now their service is bad to match. I got a Dave’s double with LTO and there was a thin slice of tomato, 1 thin ring of an onion and some just as little lettuce. Look at the photo! The potato was just as bad. The bottom half the potato was somehow under cooked. And I guess it must have been in a warmer tray for a while because it was also super dry. The fountain soda machine was out of about 20% of the options and the bulk ketchup dispenser was also out. It was just a bad experience. I wish the crew the had last year was still there.. at least they were friendly and welcoming… even when they were out of things like lettuce.
