  Went inside too get 1 large coke and 1 large Diet Coke at 9:21. Didn’t want too go through the drive thru because it was a little too busy for just 2 drinks. Went inside and order through the kiosk. Waited for about a good 10 minutes before we walked up too the front register hoping too catch someone too ask them about how long they might think and 3 employees looked at us just too never come over and help, while one walked right past us, not asking if he could help. Mind you when we walked in, drive thru was full. While we were standing there after 15 minutes had gone by, that drive thru was cleared except for 2/3 cars sitting by the windows. No reason it should’ve taken that long, another 14 minutes go by and by 9:50 we have our 2 cokes. Served with an attitude because we were just waiting.

  Every time we go here, I say I will never go back and today I mean it! I ordered and paid in the app got in the drive-through line and waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker. I saw at least 10 cars pull away because whomever is taking the orders was not responding. Finally I drove to the window and I asked him if the speaker was broken. He said no I’m taking orders when I can while he was playing on his phone with his AirPods in, I gave him my order code and proceeded to the next window. They told me my food was not ready to please pull into spot number one. I waited for at least 15 minutes while seeing 10+ cars exit the drive-through with food, I pulled back up to the window asking what in the world is going on? I was told they lost my order and they were going to make it now, fresh did I have my receipt? I said no I ordered in the app but shared my screen and still waited 10 more minutes. I know it’s McDonald’s. I know it’s fast food but seriously y’all need to do better.

  Trapped in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before I could leave and didn't even get my food!! Who knows how long I would have waited if I stayed to get my food

  Waited at least 20 minutes for a mobile order even though I selected "I'm here" as soon as I placed the order and the food came out cold. The staff in the kitchen weren't even working. They were stood around chatting and never acknowledged us once while I was standing at the counter until I asked about my order. Go to literally any other location.
