  I was told by the person at the drive-thru that they were closed and then completely ignored. This is despite this being a 24/7 McDonald's and there were multiple people ahead of me in line. What a mess.

  Went here on March 19, 2026 around 7:30 PM and had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. We ordered at the kiosk (Order #38) and selected dine-in, then paid at the register. At McDonald’s, dine-in orders automatically come with table service I don’t choose it or ask for it. However, this location (and honestly several others) consistently fails to follow through on that. After paying, we stood waiting while multiple employees saw us and completely ignored us. No acknowledgment, no direction, nothing. When someone finally helped, the employee was unfriendly and acted like we were inconveniencing him. The dining room was disgusting. Almost every table had trash on it, there was ketchup all over the floor, lettuce on the seats, abandoned table tents everywhere, and even a broken chair. It looked like no one had cleaned in a long time. Our food took a while, and when it was finally ready they just yelled our number, threw the bag on a shelf, and walked away. No tray, no napkins, and no table service, despite that being what McDonald’s advertises for dine-in. When my mom went up to ask for napkins, she was completely ignored. We couldn’t even get basic items. This was a complete failure in both customer service and cleanliness. I work in customer service myself, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any McDonald’s. AND YES I have already “contacted you” through the app 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Where do I even begin?!? I went inside the restaurant to order only a large coke. Thats it. After 5 minutes of waiting I had to yell back in the kitchen just to get someone to take my order. Then once I ordered I was told they had no change for the $2 I gave them. After that I figured they would just hand me a coke (they no longer have a drink machine in the lobby) and I'd be on my way. But no, I was told rge orders are made in order and I would have to wait for the 20 food orders in front of me just to get my drink. Time in and out of tge restaurant totalled 18 minutes. For a coke. This crew is completely incompetent.
